FatherAngel, a self-proclaimed “PRO-LIFE” priest. Violent imagery of disembowelment is so pro-life, guys! |

Never ever go on Deviantart.
(I should note that anti-choice commenter is not the creator of the picture at the top, and the green face girl is me.)
Can we all take a moment to appreciate the “right to life” tag that the OP put on this lovely post?
“Right to life, unless you piss me off…”
Trigger warning: Sexual Assault/ Rape and Ableism
hey checkmateprochoicers
just a friendly reminder that your side is just as fucking nasty
edit: theres more

I hate hypocrites almost as much as I hate deliberate misinformation.
“The only moral abortion is my abortion.”
Gotta love the pro-life hypocrisy!
When I saw what she said all I could say was “Wow.” I then unfriended her. Then I showed this to another, closer friend, and she was able to get across in words what I could not:
“I think it’s ridiculous that she’s alright with people photoshopping images to create shock value to ‘control’ what people do based on the emotions they get. It’s exploitative.
And that is also not okay.”
“People deserve to be misled when making medical decisions.” -the pro-life movement

Wishing for people to die in back-alley abortions: TOTALLY PRO-LIFE!!!
Trigger warning: sexual assault/pedophilia
Saying we should leave Planned Parenthood alone because they also do breast exams on the side of performing abortions,
is like saying we should have let serial killer John Wayne Gacy free because on the side of raping and killing little boys, he also entertained at kids parties.
Logic fail. They also do the most work in terms of PREVENTING UNWANTED PREGNANCY, ya know, so people don’t have abortions.
Comparing the safe, legal termination of a pregnancy to the serial rape and murder of children is a classic example of just how much “pro-lifers” care about actual children.
I just moved from Indiana to Illinois a month ago for graduate school, but yes, I lived in Indiana for my entire life prior to that.
Indiana is not a very good Catholic stronghold, in terms of numbers, but the few that get out there in opposition to abortion and birth control are very vocal. And since Indiana is a very conservative state, no one says anything to the people who are out there. Most Hoosiers may not care enough to stand on a street corner harassing clinic patients, but they’re privately anti-choice.
Sources say… FALSE!
One stark indication of the prevalence of illegal abortion was the death toll. In 1930, abortion was listed as the official cause of death for almost 2,700 women—nearly one-fifth (18%) of maternal deaths recorded in that year. The death toll had declined to just under 1,700 by 1940, and to just over 300 by 1950 (most likely because of the introduction of antibiotics in the 1940s, which permitted more effective treatment of the infections that frequently developed after illegal abortion). By 1965, the number of deaths due to illegal abortion had fallen to just under 200, but illegal abortion still accounted for 17% of all deaths attributed to pregnancy and childbirth that year. And these are just the number that were officially reported; the actual number was likely much higher.
But I’m not shocked that standingfast is willing to erase the experiences and deaths of women* to further their own agenda. They do it all the time with rape survivors.
Okay. Well, I haven’t had an abortion, but I’ll happily volunteer to have my head sucked on by a surgical vacuum.
Of course, I’ll survive because I’m a full-grown person but, you know…pro-life logic.
So, what’s she’s saying is we should be removed from the womb?
Okay.
Oh wait… that already happened 37 years ago.
I’m pretty sure most moms are not going to consent to having a vacuum aspirator randomly stuck all up in their uteri just because of some medical decisions their daughters made.
Oh wait, she just wants to straight-up execute people who have chosen abortion. Totes pro-life, right there.
